2 days private desert tour Morocco

This private desert tour will leave Marrakech early morning. Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass and head toward Ait Ben Haddou village, the fortified ksar with its beautiful Kasbah, the setting for many films; walk to the top of the hill overlooking the whole village. Afterward, head to Ouarzazate for lunch next to the famous Kasbah of Taourirt, a well-preserved historical and cultural site. Travel south and cross the second pass which is Tizi N’Tnifift, along the former caravan route for Sahara traders coming from “Tombouktou.” You will reach Agdez Village, marking the source of the Draa Valley, with six palm groves and Kasbahs, including the famous Tamnougalt Kasbah. Continue to Zagora, a small town in the region of the Saadian dynasty who ruled Morocco in the XVII century. You will see the sand dunes of Zagora called Nkhila dunes, a taste of the Sahara desert and experience a sunset camel trek to overnight in our nomadic desert camp. Enjoy a dinner and sleep in a private tent.
