Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech to Imlil to Azzaden Valley
Drive to Imlil, then trek over the Tizi Mzik pass into the Azzaden Valley for an overnight in a mountain gite.
Day 2: Azzaden Valley to Lake Ifni
Trek across the Tazaghart plateau to Lake Ifni, camping or staying in a refuge near the lake.
Day 3: Lake Ifni to Toubkal Refuge
Continue trekking toward the Toubkal Refuge (3,207m), gaining altitude for the summit push ahead.
Day 4: Summit Day
Early start for the summit push to 4,167m, with panoramic views across the High Atlas and, on clear days, the Sahara. Descend to Imlil.
Day 5: Imlil to Marrakech
Transfer back to Marrakech, with drop-off at your riad or hotel.
