Who we are
This website is run by Amazing Journeys Morocco, trading as Amazing Morocco, a company registered in Morocco (registration number 6994647). Our address is N°73 Av Mohammed V, Tagounite, Zagora, Drâa-Tafilalet 47552, Morocco. For anything in this policy, write to glamping.morocco.tour@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we receive what you type: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the tour you are interested in, your approximate dates and group size, and your message. We also store a short one-way code made from your internet address, which we use only to limit how many enquiries one connection can send in an hour. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps technical server logs (for example the internet address, browser type and the pages requested).
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan your trip. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them. Each enquiry is emailed to our office and kept in the private enquiry list of this website.
Who sees it
Our team sees your enquiry. Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf. If you book, we share only the details needed to arrange your trip (for example names and dates) with the hotels, camps and drivers involved.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not load analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Fonts are served from our own server. If that changes we will update this page and ask for your consent where it is required.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, such as TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, our desert camps and our social profiles. They have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as needed to answer it and, if you book, to run your trip and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop using them. Email glamping.morocco.tour@gmail.com and we will respond. You can also complain to the data protection authority in Morocco (CNDP) or in your own country.
Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with a new date.
