5 Day Toubkal Trek from Imlil is a circuit rather than an out-and-back: the Azzaden Valley, the Tazaghart plateau and Lake Ifni, then the Toubkal Refuge and the summit (4,167 m) on day 4.
You sleep in a mountain gite, near Lake Ifni and at the refuge before returning to Imlil. If you have less time, the 4 day and 3 day treks go more directly to the summit.

You drive to Imlil and walk over the Tizi Mzik pass into the Azzaden Valley, where the night is spent in a mountain gite.
The day's walk crosses the Tazaghart plateau to Lake Ifni. You camp or stay in a refuge close to the lake.
You keep walking toward the Toubkal Refuge (3,207 m) and gain height for the summit the next day.
The climb starts early and ends at 4,167 m, with views across the High Atlas and, on clear days, the Sahara. You then descend to Imlil.
A transfer returns you to Marrakech, with a drop-off at your riad or hotel.
